Warranty administration

At Chasworthy Services, we make it our responsibility to know you and your business. Since our inception in 2004, we have processed in excess of $3,500,000.00 worth of KIA warranty claims for 12 dealerships in 6 states. We proof and submit all types of claims, provide labor operation codes, and do a daily follow up on all rejected claims to ensure your dealership receives every dollar due from the manufacturer. We can also provide analysis of your monthly management report to help your managers understand problem areas and scores.

We work exclusively for KIA dealerships using a Kia certified warranty administrator. We provide expedient and professional service you can count on and are committed to your success.

Warranty schedule clean-up

Many dealers have an enormous amount of receivables that are 30 days and over. Getting these claims paid by the manufacturer can be very difficult and they are usually not paid for the total amount. Chasworthy Services can clean-up and process these old claims and help you get paid for what you have already done!

On-site warranty training

If you prefer to have a warranty person on staff, we can help get them up and running by providing on-site training as well as unlimited follow-up support for a monthly fee. Proper training will ensure your claims are submitted correctly.
