Warranty fee structure

Chasworthy Services offers several different pricing structures based on the dealerships needs, budget and volume. The fees range between 5% and 9% of the total dollars collected on the factory warranty statement at the end of each month.

5% Warranty input: Claims already have labor operations on them with all necessary information provided. May require some minor changes to labor operation codes or lookup of causal part numbers, etc. Claims can be printed off of the Reynolds and Reynolds computer systems, faxed or sent via UPS or Federal Express.

6% Warranty and LOP input: Claims are closed but have some information missing and require changes to labor operation codes, part numbers, etc to get paid. Claims can be printed off of the Reynolds and Reynolds computer systems, faxed or sent via UPS or Federal Express.

7% Warranty and LOP input: Claims have no labor operation codes, nature or cause codes, or causal part numbers present. Claims are shipped weekly to Chasworthy Services.

9% Warranty schedule clean-up: Outstanding warranty claims schedule cleanup. Billing is determined off of total dollars collected.

Add-on Services

On-site warranty training: $1,000.00 a day with a 2 day minimum (longer terms negotiable). After the initial training, your dealership may be eligible for warranty follow-up support.

Remote warranty training: $450.00 per half day. This includes the ability to connect to your warranty administrator's computer to view their procedures and provide instruction and training. This service is designed for clerks with previous experience who are new to the Kia brand. After this training your dealership may be eligible for warranty follow-up support.

Warranty follow-up support: This service is $500.00 month and will allow your warranty administrator to call or e-mail with any questions on claims. If needed, we can also log on to DCS and help with the submission of problematic claims.

Audit review of repair orders
Any additional on-site services as needed.
